DIY + Package
Allowing homeowners to care for their HVAC equipment with an annual check-in from a licensed HVAC technician but doing their own maintenance.
- Annual 21 Point inspection for one-furnace and one-AC (Furnace Fall, AC Spring) & annual hot water heater flush.
- 4 - 1" MERV8 furnace filters delivered to your door to be installed by homeowner. Additional fee for MERV10+ & thicker filters upon request.
- 10% off all additional plumbing/HVAC service work.
- No extra fee for after-hour emergencies.
Turnkey Package
Full monthly and bi-annual service and maintenance to ensure longevity of your HVAC & Water Heater without having to have a tools or time to keep it in tip-top shape.
